Right after I got their qual, they blasted my qual score down saying I didn't meet their guidance despite me doing their HITs dedicated & free of distraction. I decided to err on the side of caution and not do them anymore.

Then I got their kinder, gentler, E-mail a few weeks ago.. I still felt nervous enough about them that I didn't want to chance it.

Up until today... It's slow, I see their batches up, I figure what the hell, I'll try them again, since they didn't outright refuse me.

Then I see this thread with them talking BANHAMMER. So much NOPE. Removed them from my OW, and I'll watch my HITs done by them today closely. They're on my ignore list now. Way too bi-polar for my liking.

 

Good thing no one had to play Team Kay. 103.9 pts and 138.1 projected.

I have never personally done more than one of your HITs at a time, but would like to request that you not threaten your workers with legal action. There are methods requesters can take to prevent scamming. You as the requester, literally have ALL the power on the AMT platform, and your workers have close to none. If you detect certain workers are breaking the rules you've established, then by all means, block those workers, and reject their HITs. However, there's no reason to make a blanket statement to EVERY single one of your workers, not only threatening rejection and blocks (something most of us take very seriously), but also threatening to sue us (which is what i took from "legal action").
Also the below statement is incorrect for a lot of people working on mturk.
"... Mturk is supposed to be a win-win platform - Requestors collect valuable data and workers have second earnings"
I (and many others) have single earnings, Mturk is our sole income. Considering i've followed your instructions to a "T," I really take issue with a random company (I don't know your company's legal name) threatening to take away my income, and threatening to sue me, all while you offer at most, 6 dollars an hour for your work. Given that your offered wage is below the minimum in every single one of the 50 states of the US, you don't have much of a moral leg to stand on.
I hope you don't take this email the wrong way. People who scam requesters like yourself don't deserve to be on the platform, you're right to want to block those people from doing your work. You are wrong to threaten every single person who's ever done a HIT for you.

You might consider making a forum account on turkerhub.com or mturkcrowd.com to get honest feedback from your workers, it would be cheaper for you, and more eye opening than the methods you've tried so far.
Wish you all the luck with your HITs, but I'm not touching them anymore with the amount of threats coming from your account.
