Considering i've followed your instructions to a "T," I really take issue with a random company (I don't know your company's legal name) threatening to take away my income, and threatening to sue me, all while you offer at most, 6 dollars an hour for your work. Given that your offered wage is below the minimum in every single one of the 50 states of the US, you don't have much of a moral leg to stand on.
I hope you don't take this email the wrong way. People who scam requesters like yourself don't deserve to be on the platform, you're right to want to block those people from doing your work. You are wrong to threaten every single person who's ever done a HIT for you.

You might consider making a forum account on turkerhub.com or mturkcrowd.com to get honest feedback from your workers, it would be cheaper for you, and more eye opening than the methods you've tried so far.
Wish you all the luck with your HITs, but I'm not touching them anymore with the amount of threats coming from your account.
