I lived in the desert in the middle east for 2 years. It's a dry heat. I'd rather be in that 120-130 degree dry heat than 80 degrees and nearly 100% humidity.

 

Personally I don't see it "that way" either, which is why I said I don't care what you do personally/privately. But in my role as "the man" holding up the "status quo" I care about content Requesters/platforms/people are likely to Grinch about, because when they do it isn't to the people creating it, its to me for "allowing it" like its my job to police the world. And I hate getting Grinched at. And that is the exact kind of thing that gets me Grinched at. Shows up on reddit as "LUL TURKERHUB R SCAMMERS" & then the drama happens and I cry. So what I'm saying is baby don't hurt me, don't hurt me. *untz untz untz untz*

 

Dude. I have that problem now. Does anyone actually use tumblr for things besides porn gifs? Just me?

 

tumblr is about 85% porn.

For comparison I'm pretty sure that reddit is only 50% porn.

 

I only use reddit for politics, sci-fi and geek news.

Yeah, I saw them when I was looking at the town. I think they are only in the further part of town right now (which would be an hour drive rather than 30 minutes for matt) but I'm gonna check if the temporary place we are looking at can get their service. At worst, I can go back to charter who was about as expensive as the web we have now and about the same speed but WAY more reliable. If I don't have to deal with constant throttling and outages, I'll be a happy bird.

Our temporary place is gonna be friggen brutal. They double booked the place we were going to move into and we got screwed over. Now we have to live in a shit house for awhile until we decide if we wanna buy a house or gtfo. By house I mean, basically an apartment with a bathroom sized dirt yard. Yay!
