That sucks, I hate when that happens. My records show two bonuses from them ($1.05 and $1.95) that both paid out.

The Slab seems to have good TO, but it's hard to confirm if anyone ever did get their bonus from them.

clear cache/cookies for qualtrics sites?

I've had that happen to me before and I think that was how I fixed it

warning: do not clear cookies for mturk itself unless you've backed up your scripts recently
