What is the requester for baby heads anyways?

Good, I don't feel that bad for tossing this one back. Seen I only had 10 minutes on it, didn't want to risk it

 

There really isn't anything that can be done IMO. At the end of they day, we are competing with each other for work, so its always in my best interest for someone not to work what I'm working on. This is the root cause of the issue of TO, or anything anyone else makes in the future. It gives me 0 benefit to say that a requester is good, and every good report on a requester ends up with me getting less work.

This same logic applies to HN and forums, and yet they exist. There's a balance. Yes as a purely mathematical exercise its in my best interest to murder all of you in your sleep and make $150k/yr on mTurk, but reality is there's some value in the "sanity" factor / safety in #s / community.

 

Did anyone get a code from the workplace tiredness survey? Says she will give you a code at the end, but did not receive one

 

I need help- cannot sign into my Amazon account in IE- keeps going round and round saying sign in with a valid email or mobile number- and if I get past that, then I get a captcha and the same thing again- sign in with a valid ... and I am signing in with a valid email and password- have emptied cache, restarted the computer, updated virus, ran a malware scan- anybody have an idea of how to get this to work?

Other browsers work fine- I need IE on my XP machine because I copy all of my hits into a Wordpad doc and have been doing that for 5.5 years- I have every hit I have ever done in those files- and only IE lines them up correctly- tried to open the files in my Win 10 and they are all squiggly- and FF doesn't copy the dashboard pages right...

Yeah, which is why I always tell people to not filter out based on TO and actually read the review and make a decision on your own.

Its helpful when multiple people report about rejections and blocks. Single instances should be taken with a large grain of salt.

TO has a much larger impact than any of the forums, HN or HWTF combined. And I'm not arguing against people leaving TO, sharing HITs or anything, I was just pointing out why TO is in the state that it is and why I don't share or leave TO reviews.

 

How'd you get the qual? Is that one of the Amazon demographic quals, I'm guessing?
