If it doesn't give you a choice of temp but is geared for coffee I would assume (but you would have to check) that it would be 96c as that is the ideal temp for coffee.

That is close enough to the ideal temp for black tea but too hot for other types (well herbal is fine as well but that shit can be brewed in boiling water)
