I would be more worried about losing my amazon account than the block

 

I think it's allowed, but the lack of communication with mturk is what scares me.

Scenario 1: they don't notice
Scenario 2: they notice, they email you, you reply, and they're like "k cool"
Scenario 3: they notice, they lock it all up without communication, and the only response is "oh, oops, sorry, you can make a new account though."
