    That dog has an owner by the way, and he is not lost. A bunch of people let their dogs just fucking wander around at will, AND HE ISNT FIXED. 2 female dogs in town just had puppies after he was constantly wandering over to them.

    I have a cake! an unfrosted cake, but at least the cake part is done!
