So, I don't get it.. maybe one of the ladies here can help me with this one. I was told women like it when guys compliment them on their looks, so I saw this attractive girl the other day and I started talking to her. I told her she had nice hair, nice figure, nice moustache and she got mad at me.

Women like it when guys who they're attracted to compliment them.

Women find it creepy when a guy they aren't attracted to compliments them.

I'm not suggesting anything in regards to your particular situation but there is a major caveat to the advice you were given

I got an email and thought I got a closed qual on a $20 survey, but it was open to the public. I don't understand the point of them even sending the email.

 

They also sent the email over an hour after the hit dropped. Everyone that just got one ~30min ago got returns from the first round lol

 

Obviously that's rule #1, but rule #2 is
