    A few years ago I was visiting a friend in Tampa and we went to this dive bar near his house that had a 40 year old creeper playing acoustic covers. Obviously I said Freebird when he asked for requests. He went on a 5 minute diatribe about being a serious artist and yelling Freebird at him was disrespectful.

    When my sister moved to Tennesee, she had a dog named Petey. That dog would not come to me when I tried to say his name. I had to call him PayDay. And all of her Tennesee friends made fun of my nasally Michigan accent.

    A guy once took requests in a jar so I put Billy Joel in the jar. He insisted he couldn't play Billy Joel because he "didn't play piano." I asked if he was an idiot and proceeded to write Billy Joel on every scrap of paper I could get my hands on before shoving them in the jar all at once.

    Were you on campus for the concert? I was an RA at the time and a friggen USC student there for the concert decided to go all the way to my hall on the 10th floor of Manning and pass out from alcohol poisoning at like 9pm in the bathroom. That night sucked!

    That's lame, I used to play Piano Man and NYS of Mind on guitar a lot. When I was doing acoustic gigs with Victoria, we would do Fiona Apple, no piano.
