    Good Luck he loves working from home. I know its hard to tell with how active he is on the forum :emoji_rolling_eyes: but Dave is not a very sociable person and is thrilled not to have to go into the office on a daily bases and deal with people. Especially since there is a lot of drama in his office.

    That's the exact kind of person that work from home is good for. It can be very isolating, especially if the workplace culture isn't oriented towards it. My wife works from home, but her last company didn't know how to deal with that. Now she's working for a software company that literally doesn't have an office anywhere and it's a night and day different experience because they handle workplace interactions totally differently.

    Figures out how to make an okay
    Yeah this is a new thing and Daves group is one of the first to make the transition so It is obvious some people still aren't making the transition as well as others. Plus with Most of the Comptrollers office still actually going into Harrisburg they people at home are very much the exception and everything still centers around the physical office.

    That's a hard environment. Companies don't seem to understand you've gotta go all in on this or it's going to fail hard. It's a total culture change not a "well, lets try it with Steve and see how he does!" thing.

    Just had a great idea on how to make an okay hit really profitable tried it out on one went great returned a few that where getting ready to expire and realized I just locked my self out for an hour. :hitwithrock:
