Tuesday night or Wednesday morning...it broke a couple things for me.

If I have more than two videos streaming for instance, tabs start to not load the graphics when opening them.

The --disable-background-timer-throttling keeps disappering from chrome://flags chrome://version randomly (I think it may be removed? There's now a expensive-background-timer-throttling flag, but haven't messed around with it.

I might try to downgrade if I have some free time today.
