It does, in instances where the bonus isn't reflective of the work for w/e reason (like my review on VUX where I just got a random $2 bonus because I sent them some feedback) it can just be added as a note in the descriptive if you feel like the Requester shouldn't get credit for it as the hourly pay for the work.

I don't like the idea of designing based on malicious intent though. I am not convinced the majority of people who come to mTurk on either side are on the platform to scam. In that scenario it is equally as likely (if you're just splitting odds) the Requester honestly miscalculated the time on the survey (because they're familiar with the content, because they designed it, any of a million reasons) and made an honest effort to compensate folks for their time. Even if they're "shady" I'd rather leave the judgement in the hands of an individual worker to make that determination themselves (through their review) than have the platform hand down a "guilty" verdict by default. If I moved the ratings in the direction of not counting bonuses good Requesters like J-Mike would get punished for having a well built, well paid system of HITs and that's not kosher.

Now with that said, I'm sure a situation like AdsForce will come up where they attempt to pay for reviews or offer bonus compensation to alter a review. That should be reported to me immediately because I wont play games with something like that.
