We both know that you are just in it for the donuts you damn crazy bear.

 

They have one of those here in the winter. It's also followed by a polar plunge in a local lake.

 

Depending on the terrain of mile to the donuts and terrain of the mile after it could still be a negative calorie day.

 

Is there a detour for coffee before/after the polar plunge? Is not that's a deal breaker.

I was gonna turk today but ended up going hiking instead... met some high school kids who invited me to go rock climb with them. I've wanted to do that since I was a kid and it was such a rush! I did fall and bang my arm up pretty bad but I'd say it was worth it. I hope everyone had a good Saturday!
