    I saw someone mentioned them the other day but I figured it was in jest. Are they really back? I don't have to work until 11am so I'm gonna hop back on that gravy train!

    It would probably help some. Drinking lots of water will probably help as well. How long has she been in Colorado? They tend to happen more when there are big temperature changes. Which in Colorado means every other day from September to June :emoji_laughing:

    When I was in Baghdad, I always carried a chap-stick and drank lots of water. A few soldiers I knew carried saline with them to help with their dry noses.
