Pros: Interesting topic. My time estimate is for someone, unlike me, who doesn't record the consent and HIT details. While there is a very brief simple comprehension test, the majority is the ole "no right or wrong answers, we just want to understand your view". Decent pay. Does a good job of clearly setting up the scenario. I've done another HIT by this person, and they're on my OW list as most likely worth doing. Other HIT was $2.50 for 25 minutes estimated.
Cons: A bit of writing if that bothers you. I found the 2 (that I remember) writing prompts so similar as to be annoying at having to either repeat what I already said to say go read my other answer. There is a 30 day AA; hopefully it doesn't take nearly that long as this is a $3 HIT.

I'm not even close to a nutritional expert but the only realistic way for me to eat 4-5 servings of both fruit and veggies is to blend it all up and drink it.

If you use frozen fruits and mix everything frozen together into a ziplock bag for each day, drop that into the blender and add the veggies, it's an easy way to avoid eating shitty food in the morning.

I still drink a shit load of coffee but I drink it black. Also anything with fruit is going to have a lot of sugar. Someone else can chime in on that aspect.
