changed line 21 to "var preBuffer = (0);" so far it seems to be helping (i'll watch it flash red but immediately go back to green), hopefully, I did that right....

why am I getting so many PREs on worker site....did they change stuff? all I'm running is 1 panda at 700ms and OW and OW is pre-ing every half second.....

Well with PC at 700ms you shouldn't be able to run anything else and even that alone will get some PREs
