Hit my minimum today, pick up a psychology experiment study.

I don't think that will work. It already submitted with the HIT so redoing it through MTS probably wouldn't do anything. You will unfortunately just have to eat that rejection and try to remember to turn off the keybind script when you do those. I have done that with a couple of his HITs and never got them to respond. They were for bigger paying ones too.

 

It won't however block media embeds so my gfycats will still show up.

Would people use "efficiency" functions like that if I tossed them into the TH toolbox? I actually would like to spend some time speeding up the site a bit / decluttering some of the excess junk..

Definitely don't waste your time trying to re-do it. Wont work unfortunately.

I got some AMAZING feedback from everyone, thank you so much. I've already made some changes due to it, and I'm hoping to further refine with feedback I get throughout the month.

Eligibility

I decided to go with the same eligibility scheme. You can only win every other hit. Meaning that if you win, you will be ineligible to accept the next hit, but you will be able to accept the one after that. That's the best way to balance fairness with availability and number of hits.

Structure

I took some people's (unexpected) advice and dropped the pay in favor of having more hits available. There will be 150 hits at $0.05 each, for a total of $10.50 per hit, and $94.50 for the month excluding halloween. Halloween will be its own hit. I'd like to release 150 of those as well, with pay determined by how much I have left over and in the donation pot. Right now it's looking like it'll be around $0.17 each, though that may go up if additional people donate and/or if I get any more money to throw into it. For reference, $0.10/hit is $21, $0.25/hit is $52.50, and $0.50/hit is $105. Right now I have around $40, so if you want to increase the pot for everyone, look below for the URL.

Frequency

I'm going to be posting on Monday and Thursday, within the 12:00PM EST hour. People seemed to be the most active this time, and that was the two times I got most reported as "available" without complaints on my survey. This was the only "surprise" hit, hopefully it was still fun!
