    Im not sure if he was referring to HFBeta as the one in MTS or the greasyfork HF Beta that a lot of people switched back to, the one on greasyfork still has min TO, the HF Beta in MTS removed most of the TO features

    I don't really want to speak for the creator of it, but if I remember correctly Kad wasn't a huge fan of TO so it was his full intention to eventually remove most of the TO features from it.

    Kad doesn't like setting a minimum TO because it can filter out good hits that have bad TO reviews due to TO being unreliable.
