Pros: Task is a good brain challenge. Could easily be completed faster than my time.
Cons: So much data to process and not all of it is provided in an easily digestible format.
Hourly is tied very tightly with effort level, and unfortunately you're punished heavily for spending more time processing the data & coming to a conclusion + explaining the reasoning. Given the nature of their project, that's probably a really bad set up.
