I had my CSAT requester AND CSAT 1.12 PANDA on "Collect" all day and never got even a notification of a drop. Shouldn't I have been notified in both requester and individual hit?

 

That's good to know about marking done, though that wasn't the understanding on past group's I've been in. But this person didn't do a single thing in the group. Not one word from them.

 

Exporting HITs only works 5% of the time for you? I have never had that not work.

You can just miss the HIT some times. Plenty of people here miss HITs with it on.

I joined the groups, had absolutely no earthly clue what to do so I closed the tabs and never looked back. I want more instructions than "join this google classroom and good luck"

Now that the docs aren't just blank pages I kinda get what they were going for.. but when it first loads and is just a massive data dump and then a purely blank page without so much as a suggested direction for convo/problem to solve.. nah, no thanks.

I don't think that Req is ever going to get his money's worth on mTurk, mostly out of his own poor forethought on tasks. Compared to Stanford's slack tasks (which aren't ideal by any means) its pretty night/day. Unless I'm still horribly misunderstanding the task, this response netted someone $19.50:

They shouldn't be paid in that case. if they were given access to the HIT, they could have viewed it and decided against it. That is why you mark Done for yourself to show that you have completed the HIT.

Same for me. I can't really export directly from hitfinder, however it usually works if I go to the requesters search page and export from there.

 

Do you just use "Collect"? If I have 2 PANDAs going, does the search bounce 1 second on one, 1 second on the other one, etc.

 

It doesn't work for us because the second message we get while exporting the hit is...

"Confirmed robot has already posted the hit ya slow ass!"
