I ordered some things through UPS. They delivered them to a neighbor across the way. Said neighbor refuses to open the door and give me my packages, he keeps peaking through the window...I've now wasted 2 hours of my time harassing the shitty neighbor and still have nothing to show for it.

We've already established that I don't know internet slang.

Call UPS and tell them they delivered to the wrong address and usually they will get it back... My UPS lady was all of 5' and 100lbs soaking wet and managed to get back my laptop that was delivered to my neighbor while she was on vacation. I think it involved a window or a lead pipe but hey still loved that UPS lady and her determination. My FedEx driver though fuck that SOB still love turning off the gate on him.
