I always thought tumbleweeds were mostly a joke, then I moved out west. Today, I hit a tumbleweed with my car.

 

Pretty sure those are fictional lol

Wait, so you thought someone just made up desert plants instead of just using the ones that were already there?

 

No, I just thought that once in awhile you might see one but it wasn’t that common and it was mostly a joke in movies/shows. This town is tumbleweed USA basically cause of the mountain/desert.

I didn’t think they were imaginary so much as not something you see much. Now I see one every day lol.

 

A little scared money and that Mindspark have salvaged my lazy day

They usually overtake everything after the short rainy season. When the windy season starts, they dry out and blow all the roads. People trying to dodge them on the highway, instead of just hitting them, causing wrecks. They are a little annoying.

 

I’m learning that! It’s crazy. We had less than 20 days of precipitation this year so it’s super dry and basically an orgy of tumbleweed now. Skeeter thinks he needs to murder them for some reason, so he will tug on his leash trying to massacre the no good devil plant.

 

I'm going to wait until November to start and then get upset when all the things I want are out of stock.
