    You get a 1099 if you hit 20k total or 20k for the year?

    I transfer probably twice a month.

    I've heard that if you make over a certain amount from one requester you get a 1099. I can't remember if $600 or $1000 was the number going around, but that's not true from my experience. I had over $1000 from Sergey in 2015 and didn't get a 1099

    It's 20k/200 transfers, but I'm not sure if it's an and/or situation.

    i transferred every day in 2015 and didn't get a 1099. also didn't make over $20k, so it may be both
