It is important to note that there is a rare possibility that your computer's PSU will not be happy with a non true sine UPS. You can however simply just test the UPS by pulling the power from it and doing a test on it to make sure that it is able to handle the power handoff without anything shutting down.

I just caught this and it doesn't seem to be a qual? It just said something like "read the following very carefully to make sure you understand the idea" and then asked how well you understand it....but.......it didn't list anything? Literally just "make sure you understand" followed by "do you understand?"
