    That you run PC Queue helper and probably have multiple hits open in some other tab/window, so when you submitted 1 out of 2 remaining hits instead of opening the last hit, it registered you already have that hit open and so just left it on your queue page.

    I may have traveled to Penn State (twice) for the national competitions. I was not the smartest on the county team, but I was big enough (as a skinny 6'3" basketball player) to intimidate most of the other Mathletes.
