Uh, there have absolutely been glitches and problems where people couldn't transfer money for a day or a few days and they needed it. I think most people know this and it's why many transfer daily or at a set threshold and transfer once they reach it, and why people used to transfer a couple times a day when it was allowed. Things usually run smoothly for the most part and you'll get it eventually, but have there been issues? Yes, it's a fact and not just once. And not like right now where a few people are having problems, the system has been down and no one could transfer money.

I know someone people who haven't had issues like transferring once a week, but I always advise doing it more often.
