    "aged pu'er tea" would be more of a PH issue (highly acidic) than a caffeine concentrate in my opinion.

    I totally agree with the wash though. And of coarse there is always Chamomilla tea which is a flower grown locally.

    Most tea people I talk to agree that you shouldn't drink it for 'health' reasons as most of those are on shaky grounds. Drink it for the flavor.

    WellI I guess if you drink it instead of soda that would make it 'healthy' but :dunno:
