Pros: 12 minutes of it is passive video watching, which is the only saving grace to the completion time.
The content is legitimately interesting.
Cons: As with every other Nate, the layout is a sight to behold in the worst way. Button layouts are clumsy with no label/radio attachments to make selections easier or any thought put in beyond throwing inputs at the page.

Had to rewatch content more than once with no warning that was going to be the case.

It makes absolutely zero difference.

The outcome is identical, since it's ultimately driven by adrenaline.

Some teas are also remarkably caffeine-heavy FWIW, but regardless, the only difference is the strength of the effect.

The point is that caffeine doesn't actually have any direct stimulating effect on your body. It just causes a chain reaction.

Theanine is an amino acid that's mostly found in green tea. I actually take it as a supplement alongside caffeine because it evens out the jitters for me and helps me focus.
