You can't really make judgments on pre-release software though, and software is always subject to change (as you've no doubt clearly figured out by now with MTS lol).

Going by ZTE's history it won't change much until next year's phone.

I mean it will be okay but from the software growing pains to the lackluster spec sheet for the price and the fact that it will only be available on AT&T in the US makes it a hard pass.

Lol damn I found a domain where @Randomacts recommends one high-res screen over multiple screens.

I mean ... it is a phone.. you don't want it to be bulky. I bet that the battery life on that phone will also be bad as well lol.

The future is standardized docking similar to what samsung has done so that you can plug it in and have a desktop experience.

Seriously though I want a phone with a secondary e-ink display on the back and I know some exist but all of them have been on phones with shitty specs and failed lol.

Have you tried smartwatches with e-ink displays (i.e., Pebble before they went out)?

Well I mean it's like... basically the same idea. Another screen for your phone.

My favorite feature of my smartwatch is the "where the F#% did I put my phone" button.

It turns the phone volume to max and makes noise, vibrates, and flashes the camera light. "I'm here, I'm here!", it says.

Depends on what you want to use it for. I hate wearing watches anyways so I doubt that I'll ever get one.

Having a big e-ink display would allow you to read on e-ink that is soo much better than a LCD while saving battery. You could also have cool custom designs on the back of your phone and other stuff without draining extra power.

I don't normally like watches either, but started wearing them just for smartwatches. When I was ballin last year, I bought 4 different ones, and I'd sometimes wear 3 at a time just for the hell of it (2 on one wrist, 1 on the other). They each had drastically different pros/cons, so it wasn't redundant.

For example, the Pebble went for basically a full month on a full charge, and was easily readable in bright sunlight.

But the Asus Watch I had was full color, had a pretty UI that was plenty readable, and had voice recognition/etc. - only lasted a few days on a full charge though.

And my Garmin had built-in GPS, so I could track runs/bike rides without bringing my phone.
