Also @gurlondrums for home network stuff Fing is a godsend (for me). I'm not an IT guy so maybe y'all know of something better, but I did network my house myself and since its such a clown fiesta Fing saves my tail every time a switch falls offline or my router decides "no no, this particular device can GTFO"

Idk how humans existed before computers came to manage their lives for them.. I'm essentially just a breathing drone doing whatever my current TODO list tells me to now that I think about it:emoji_thinking:

Its a testament to American engineering that you know 99.9% of home owners probably do NOTHING on any of those lists (there are like 3-4 good ones if you search) and their homes don't explode in fiery death while simultaneously drowning them in their sleep as burglars climb through their poorly maintained windows to murder them. :flail: :emoji_joy::emoji_joy::emoji_joy:

I have a To Do app and the only thing on it is "use to do app someday". Never quite crossed that off.

Tasks on it can be considered "done" and "not important enough to do" as long as they aren't added to it?

No todo list, organizing, or tech related but since we're offering helpful info I'd like to add this.

I used to get horrible leg/foot cramps that were so bad I would be in tears for 20min or more trying to massage/stretch them out until my chiropractor suggested I try liquid cal-mag. Dr's always said drink more water, make sure you get enough electrolites, stretch regularly, get plenty of exercise, take these b12 supplements, etc. Nothing they suggested worked but this stuff works every time and has for over 6 months now. So, if you have leg/foot cramps that you can't get rid of then try this one.

Okay, commercial over. I took a tablespoon of it last night because my foot and calf were getting "that feeling" and today it's fine. Just wanted to share :emoji_hugging:

That's a real good list though. Things I would have forgot or not even thought about at all. We bought a 1920's era house that hasn't been updated since the late 80's/early 90's (whoever did those updates also half-assed them), and we're gonna run all new electrical (and the network cables) and completely update everything to modern but keep some of the 1920's style (bathroom/kitchen stuff). Doing all that AND remembering to do the stuff on the list would be insane. So thanks for this convo today. It's a huge help. :ba:

Magnesium is the bomb for muscle cramps and migraines! My neuro put me on the strongest magnesium compound known to man and it took a while but eventually my migraines and dystonic muscle spasms calmed down a good bit. I stil have them but praise be to magnesium!

    Sodium, calcium, magnesium, potassium.

    Those are the main electrolytes.

Imbalances in any of these can cause cramps, spasms, irregular heartbeat, and other neurological issues.

Cyclists sweat out enough sodium that many put pickle juice in their water bottles.
