Dude, I know. I have a gi disorder and my electrolytes get real fucky because of it. I was already on magnesium/calcium/etc cause I can't absorb enough from food in the first place but it wasn't until a super high dosage that it helped with my migraines and such.

 

My husband owns a home remodeling business/ I am truly blessed.
