Exactly! I don’t know how I got so lucky with this job but I’m really only busy the first week of the month and then get a lot of downtime the rest of the time. Even if I only made $8 on MTurk per weekday it’s like $1/hr. raise. Obviously I’m making way more than that though. I’d need to get about a 35% raise on my base salary to consider leaving my job because of that.

 

Anyone know how to permanently stop Chrome from blocking the RVD plugin? Tried adding mturk to the Allow list but that doesn't seem to work.

 

you need to add whatever site the hit is pulling the audio from to the allow list, not mturk

Browsers are super scared of flash for some reason. I set mine to always allow flash from any site and it still gives me problems sometimes. I wish they'd either fix it or finally kill it off and just go with html5

 

Google is blocking Java so developers will lean toward HTML5. They do everything they can to keep it out.

Just use Edge or FF.

@ChrisTurk , I apparently signed up for this site on my birthday (wow, didn't remember that) and was last seen on September 11th.

I got hit in a car wreck this month on Friday the 13th.
