10/30 - Might be Sp00ky Monday

Non-related, but for the past week and a halfish I've had this totally bizarre feeling where my legs are super weak and basically feel like jelly and like they might give out under me, even when I'm sitting. Like I've done a billion squats, but I've done none in reality. It's not painful at all, but it's hella annoying. Apparently an anxiety symptom, which I have, but this symptom is totally new and I'm probably less anxious the past two weeks than I've been the past year.

 

72 whole kogs. What a cock tease. I was hoping for like 4x that.

I feel a bit guilty for cutting out on rekogs (especially since not everyone has been as lucky with catching them), but I'm exhausted and I'm moving too slowly on them because of it.

Yeah, I'm not thrilled to be the taking the xanax daily right now, but medical stuff is a huge trigger for me and dealing with all of this has been batshit insane. I've had to pull out every trick I know and find a few I previously didn't know about to handle all this medical stuff, and I've still gone frozen in the hospital room and gone ballistic on doctors and techs (the damn tech deserved it; the doctor, not so much, actually). I'm thinking about doing biofeedback, as what's helped me the most has been basically doing stuff like trying to sync my heartbeat to a foot rhythm, etc.

The less meds I'm on, the better for everyone. I have my daily, which is bad enough. I hate having to add benzos on top of that. Next step is probably some sort of beta blocker and I don't wanna go there.

 

Generalized anxiety disorder. Basically just an anxious person. I've had panic attacks before, but they're really far and few in between and basically in situations where I'd expect even an average person to also have one lol. The leg thing is totally new though and it's been 24/7 for about two weeks now.

 

Today was indeed awesome.
