Are these the same as most UNU's? When they do them at 2 EST i have to do them for my phone so if they require a lot of chat as opposed to where they normally turn chat off it's really difficult for me to see.

 

Haha, I mean I don't care when he wears them to work, It was the formal occasions and dates where his inevitably stained and torn cargo pants that made me sigh. He eventually made me pick him out some nice date pants because he said he felt bad when I was wearing a nice dress and he had cargo pants with holes. He likes his date pants now because I like watching him walk in them. I get him those more presentable fire hose pants from Duluth trading now for work and he likes them, they don't end up with holes so easily and look more professional.

I'm not the trouble maker in our relationship! He just has his weird beliefs and I just roll with it. He thinks a man should always be able to protect his home and family and I get that sorta caveman like urge but the sandals thing cracks me up. Somehow in his head sandals ties in to not being able to fight off a mugger or something. He's explained to me his thoughts on this many times and it's very Beautiful Mind so I just nod in a way that makes him feel understood at this point. 8 years later and I have not been able to change his mind on sandals. I'm allowed to wear them though so that's cool.
