    It works out to about 45 cents an audio minutes, so not great. If it had a couple days or more on the timer I would maybe try it anyway but I'm slower typist and I hate feeling rushed. That 150 does sound nice though.

    I don't know. I've only ever done one transcription HIT when I first started and it got rejected so I never did one again.

    I try to post a decent variety of things. You gotta decide if it's worth your time. $150 looks good but who knows how long it will actually take. Scared money.

    :hug:I hope it wasn't something that took really long time that got rejected. I've had good luck that nothing has been rejected but some of these shorter timers make me crazy. Especially when I'm on my laptop because the hinge cracked the case and it's makes some of my keys not respond well so I'm always having to go back and correct things and it makes my typing even slower.

    It did take me a long time because I wanted to make sure I was doing it right. I just happened to pick a crappy requester. I remember he dropped multiples of the same transcription HIT and he likely picked the one he thought was best and rejected everyone else because he had a really bad TO after that HIT.

    Pick up a USB keyboard for the laptop? They have some pretty cheap ones on Amazon these days.
