    Nah, I'm off at VMware 6.5 training this week...so my Turking has suffered greatly as there's little to no actual downtime to speak of...Not that I need VMware training. But that's another complaint post.

    The sad man said we could only have one cookie per person. They were fresh baked too. I will report in tomorrow if the cookie guy shows up at the same time again.

    I toasted bread so I could make some bread crumbs for my meatballs, then decided I was too lazy to take the food processor out and clean it later. I decided it was best to just crush the cripsy bread in between my hands and I'm calling it CHUNKY bread crumbs.

    Ahh I've done that before! It works. :nod: Sometimes I'm too lazy/forget to prep the bread and just cut 'em into little cube pieces with scissors. :lol:

    I blame the pins! I saw a recipe for meatball pizza cup things and thought, I can totes do that. Making my famous (so not at all famous) beef pork bacon meaty balls, adding some marinara sauce I made this afternoon, topping with fresh mozzarella, and putting all that on top of a bunch of croissant dough.

    Yeah, I'm amped for dinner.
