    Perhaps contact them. I have had things that I know I did wrong accepted because I took the initiative to keep them informed etc. Happened a couple of weeks ago actually. They actually told me that was why they accepted it in the most recent instance.

    You need to get a special game-pad or something.. Would be a lot easier to find something a long those lines on pc most likely.
