    Even without added sugar, they're pretty sweet.

    But the point is that most artificial electrolyte drinks are potassium-deficient because they're regulated to be by the FDA.

    Not even sure what it means, could be non-white but it could also mean foreign. Maybe they could have cut the "fun and enjoyable" which is redundant and just said which ethnic groups they want lol

    The sugar isn't the issue for me, I am the hummingbird after all-it's the acid content of OJ. I probably already have acid reflux the day after drinking, not gonna add a glass of acid juice to the equation!

    Apparently my great grandpa on my dad's side had a chronic illness that caused him to be potassium-deficient all the time, and he would boil potatoes and drink the water to hit his potassium needs. Most of the potassium is in the skin, so if you don't like skins, you'd better get used to them if you want potassium. Lol.
