Check your scripts, you probably have something still active to help with hits (john doe, sergey, etc)

This line immediately after the meta information block should handle 99% of your use cases, I believe:

Has anybody ever done those Ju Yeon Park hits before? I'm just wondering how long he takes to approve them. I hate how they have a 30 day AA.

 

Won't work b/c of frame targeting.
You're not on TurkerHub when the script fires - you're in an iFrame that's on YouTube.
But even if it did work as you'd expect, it would still only handle the issue for TurkerHub alone, and not for embedded videos elsewhere. So the only way it'd solve your problem anyway would be if the only websites you ever used were TurkerHub and mTurk.
