So the guy would not tell the police who he was or show an ID? You should know if you pull that crap you will be detained until they can find out your identity. Then resisting arrest. This guy should have just cooperated and he likely would have just been on his way. I was taught to say yes sir and no sir and to cooperate. This guy did it to himself lol.

 

Not all states have an ID law. Show me your papers, comrade.

 

Well that's a very good loophole for criminals IMO. So how exactly do you ever catch anyone with felony warrants etc.. if all they can say is "Screw you pig" and keep walking?
