I make mine remind me to give Bearnie his meds and feed him. I’m 90% sure he knows the sentient voice is important to his feeding schedule cause he lurks around it when it’s about time to be fed.

 

I'd relate some of my own experiences, so that you'd know that you and I probably have more in common than you know.

But knowing how depression works (having been through years of it myself in the past), if you're truly depressed, you'll probably interpret whatever I say in the most negative way possible. My attempt to relate to you would likely be miscast as "trying to see who had it worse", or "trying to appear superior for having gone through issues and overcoming them", or whatever. Trying to bring someone back from depression is like trying to hack into a bank that's specifically set up to block hacking attempts, and it's why it's something that's really only suited for an experienced professional.

The only things I can truthfully say to you online without fear of being misinterpreted is that:

- Life is worth living, even if it doesn't seem like it right now, and,
- If you were to leave permanently, there are clearly people who would miss you.

Nope. Only qual will be a 90% approval rate, which from my experience is more of a "Can you fog a mirror" qual.
