If the other PC was a custom build he may have the cables too already. I know all my cases have led to a full junk drawer of random cables/mounts/etc haha.

 

I used to use an SL 61 MK2 as my main controller and was really into Automap as a solution for controlling plugins, so I bought other Automap-enabled Novation controllers to review them. This was the pic I took of the Compact to resell it once I finished the review for it. The person who bought it said he was swayed by the cat, so she served her purpose as modeling eye candy.

 

True, but better to be safe than sorry lol. SSDs are life.

BTW I have the 1TB version of that in my PC right now and it's been working great for over a year now. Really solid product overall.

Booting up my PC in a few seconds and having very minimal loading screens for gaming is a game changer. I can't go back lol.

 

All 3 of my SSDs that I have installed outside of laptops have always been taped or zipped tied because YOLO
