These names are dumb. His name should clearly be Reginald.

Yeah, for sure. I'm a huge fan of both. I watched Taxi on Nick at Nite as a kid and loved Kaufman before I even knew what comedy meant, and obviously grew up in the 80s/90s at Carrey's "peak". The two worlds colliding in the movie was awesome for me, but I had no idea he was so immersed for it. It's nutsobananas.

Reading an article about the show the other night threw me down a rabbit hole that led me to a series of articles about journalists (and others) who believed (at least before the election) in the possibility of Kaufman being alive and "being" Donald Trump. I didn't realize that he'd researched faking his death, and that, at least for a while, his brother was convinced he had. Crazy stuff.

Oh yeah, the theory about faking his death is one of my favorite rabbit holes. I've never heard about Donald Trump but :emoji_joy:

I just started tinkering with Panda Crazy and accidentally accepted a ton of Rekogs. Are you negatively affected when you return HITS?

Not really. Very rarely you find a hit that wants less than a certain percentage of return rate, but even then it's like a 70% rate.

The only times it would really affect you is if it is a google hit, pinterest or the first hit of PicsFromAbove in a campaign. Other than that I've never seen a requester care about return rate. I know some like ScoutIt and 411Richmond and maybe p9r will block you if you use their batches for captcha clearing

Good to know! I was a little scared returning a bunch. Anyone know what the "GoHam" button does? Now i'm scared to click it considering I got so many from just the "collect" button haha.

GoHam will only collect for the PANDA you clicked it on. So just collecting for that batch.

After spending all day not being able to log in, I decided to try changing it from texting the cell to calling my landline. And it worked. :emoji_neutral_face:

I kept joking his campaign was just an SNL skit but it stopped being funny when it became obvious it was real. I 100% don't believe he's Andy Kaufman, but at least it comes full circle in my head and entertains me.

I'm just checking back in and saw this. That's about when we found out. We found out in early november and then we found out that she had miscarried in early December or very late november. I can't remember exactly the dates, but that sounds right. We struggled through Christmas because we didn't want to tell our family what happened and put a damper on their holiday cheer. If we didn't have our daughter we would have probably just canned the whole thing. I remember December 26th ripping down everything Christmas as fast as I possibly could and just trying to run from it. In my case, it sucked because my wife was devastated, and so was I. Normally you lean on each other for support, but when you're both hurting that flies out the window. I had to bury it so I could be strong for her which made it worse to deal with later. It's difficult greiving the loss of someone you never met. At that stage of things it's basically grieving the idea of a thing, but that doesn't make it any less devastating.

Well, glad I could help lighten the mood here today ;) I'm happy to talk about it with anybody who wants to talk about it. This thread is proof (here's my pregnancy loss PSA) that you are not as alone as you might be feeling and it is EXTREMELY common. It may feel like you are going through it alone, but you are not, and when you get the courage to talk about it, you are going to be astounded by the number of friends and family members who will say a variation on the phrase "Yeah, we don't really talk about it, but we had one too"

Anyway, back to makin' pennies ;)

I refuse to name him after we all got attached to Tom and you guys saw what happened to him. It's all a sham. Don't get emotionally attached people!
