    There isn't anything that really needs fixing in our house other than that tape. Just depends on the house. If people took care of it or not. There's some turds out there but I gotta say that I have seen more newer construction turds than 100 year old house turds.

    I am getting emotional over here :emoji_joy: it's such a good thing I didn't have that chance because my daughter's dad would've hated me. I def would've made him go for it. I enjoy DIY/fixing things up though, so I would've seen it as a project. And then proceeded to watch the movie over and over, restoring it to exactly how it was :emoji_sweat_smile:

    We got a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath with a basement and ample attic space that can be converted to a 2nd story for $55,000. Our mortgage is cheaper than the rent we were paying before.. so I mean. How could you pass that up?

    I hate to correct you over this, but that song was written about my dad. It's true! Het met a gangly british man on the LIRR, and they fell in love- but my dad left that train, and thus James Blunt, forever.

    It is usually really expensive due to it having to be contained when it is removed and when it is disposed of, it has to be taken to a waste facility that accepts asbestos.

    Planned obsolescence, but for houses. Gotta encourage each generation to go out and buy their own new house every X years instead of living on the same ancestral plot of land.
