We had three of the little nutballs. One was neurotic, one licked sores in his paws, and the other one was cool AF. Literally the least stinky dogs on the planet though.

It was the only way I was able to break him of some of the horrendous habits he picked up moving between so many homes without a consistent owner. I had to have my eye on him constantly, and tethering him to heavy objects was a way for me to keep an eye on his little troublemaker ass and correct behavior as needed.

He did realize around this time that he could clothesline people with the leash, and he started doing this on walks too. He literally broke his former owner's arm because he waited till she wasn't paying attention, and jerked her sideways as hard as possible. The only functional way to walk him was with a harness that had a handle, so I could pick him up like a doggo briefcase and walk away with his legs dangling in the air angrily if he got out of control. Surprisingly, he started behaving a bit better after awhile.

Oh man, Frosty had to take some doggo drugs to stop licking his paw obsessively. I think they are all crazy little things. And yes, they never stink! It's amazing.

That little dude was the best, he could pick up on my low blood sugar (people smell funny when they release insulin and whatnot, he eventually picked up on the scent/my passing out and figured it out) and would happily bring me juice boxes. He would also bark in my face over it, so he saved my ass a few times I had sudden drops without noticing yet. I got a service dog after Frosty passed away, and though he was way better behaved in general, they were about equally as effective at alerting me, so I've always thought about how awesome that crazy little dog was.
