    Interesting. I bought something on Amazon 2 months ago and had $8 in my Payments (why? Idk) and I let it use it. Now I've had a $8 balance since then that is not dispersable. And it's been long shipped and opened and destroyed. Maybe you'll have better luck than me. :dunno:
