    I will totes buy the entire prime rib loin or NY loin from a restaurant whole sale place and cut up the steaks myself. I usually do it when it works out to $4/lb. $4/lb for ribeyes/NY strips vs that $8-$15/lb in the regular grocery store is a huge difference. I honestly don't lie on here about how much we eat steak and I do it frugally enough that we can have steaks pretty much whenever we damn well feel like. ;)
