    They got it from the imgur dump most likely. They didn't do any real damage because only my reddit and imgur account are shared and everything else is strong unique passwords.

    He's missing the important part of the story.

    The person who hacked his account said the exact same thing Sam posted here that got him banned. Chris also revealed a new member was hacked yesterday (but much more innocuously, just posted a random gif). Conspiracy theories abound.
