I don't know what this drawer is for in normal peoples houses, but I lovingly refer to it as "JESSICA'S CHEESE DRAWER, YOU TOUCH, YOU DIE"

 

I agree. I'll add cheese where is has no business being.... in other peoples worlds but in mine it belongs everywhere.

It's literally all cheese. I love cheese <3

 

In Italy we have a way to say "do not let the farmer know how yummy is the cheese with pears". Have you every tried this combo? It's my favorite! (Sweet cheese like mozzarella fits better!)

 

I have a block of cave aged cheddar I've been blocking my whole butt with.

I actually haven't. I'm half spanish and I grew up eating cheese with like deli meats and bread so that's typically how I roll. I'd love to try it though!

 

If you like pears even 1/10th of how much you like cheese you won't regret trying! ^_^

 

I ate from a fancy food truck (three words that don't go together?) that served only grilled cheese sandwiches. I chose a brie and caramelized pear sandwich on sourdough and it was insane and incredible and I've wanted another one ever since.

 

It sounds really yummy, I decided what to try to "cook" today!

i looooove gouda. this time of year i live off of campbell's red pepper and gouda soup. welp, i know what i'm having for lunch..... again.
